Linkage Group is pleased to deliver an update on the construction progress at Rivulet.
Stages 1 & 2: Due to Title January 2023
Phase 4 (Road Boxing, Kerb & Channels) / Phase 5 (Electrical & Communications)
This soon-to-be-completed phase oversees the preparation of the ground and the construction of the lower layers of the road pavement. Installation of water, and gas mains, and the construction of the kerb and channel are also achieved within this phase. The construction team has also commenced works in phase five which entails trenching and the installation of electrical and telecommunication services.
Stages 3 & 4: Due to Title 2nd Quarter 2023
Phase 2 (Earthworks)
This primary phase involves the preparation of the site to achieve design lot levels including site scrape, shaping of the existing ground, and construction of retaining walls if required.
Stages 5 & 6: Due to Title 3rd Quarter 2023

This primary phase involves the preparation of the site to achieve design lot levels including site scrape, shaping of the existing ground, and construction of retaining walls if required.
Stages 7-10: Due to Title 2nd Half of 2023
Phase 1 (Plans & Permits)
This phase encompasses the finalisation of designs for the stage. This is then followed by council and authority acceptance of documentation including engineering design to allow physical works to commence on site.
